1. Eligibility

To participate in the Christmas Spin-to-Earn game, you must:

  • Hold a valid cryptocurrency wallet
  • Own at least $100 worth of eligible tokens
  • Be of legal age in your jurisdiction
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

2. Wallet Verification

You are required to verify wallet ownership by signing a verification message. This process:

  • Does not require wallet connection
  • Does not require transaction approvals
  • Does not send any transactions
  • Only verifies your signature matches the wallet address

3. Spin Mechanics

All spin results are determined server-side by our backend systems. The frontend does not calculate probabilities or determine outcomes. Win probabilities are based on token holdings but are not disclosed to users. Results are final and cannot be disputed.

4. Cooldown Periods

Cooldown periods are enforced to prevent abuse:

  • After a loss: 1-2 hours
  • After a win: 5-7 hours

Cooldowns are enforced per wallet address and may also consider IP address and device fingerprinting. Attempts to circumvent cooldowns may result in permanent ban.

5. Prize Fulfillment

Prizes are assigned immediately upon winning. Fulfillment times vary by prize type:

  • Gift cards: 3-5 business days
  • NFTs: 1-2 business days
  • Other prizes: Varies by type

We reserve the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value if a prize becomes unavailable. Prizes cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Anti-Abuse Policy

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

  • Using multiple wallets to circumvent cooldowns
  • Manipulating token balances to gain unfair advantages
  • Attempting to reverse engineer or manipulate the spin system
  • Using automated tools or bots
  • Any form of fraud or deception

Violations may result in immediate ban and forfeiture of any prizes.

7. Liability & Disclaimers

This is a promotional game. We are not responsible for:

  • Cryptocurrency market fluctuations affecting token values
  • Wallet security issues or loss of funds
  • Technical issues beyond our control
  • Delays in prize fulfillment due to third-party providers

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms. Major changes will be communicated to users.
